Referral Rewards
We always ask new customers how they came to us. This helps us save you money because we can track our different methods of advertising to see how it performs. If it works, great we’ll keep doing it and maybe even do more of it. If it doesn’t work, “boo, hiss”, we stop throwing away those ad dollars. By far, our favorite form of advertising is referrals because they cost us the least and therefore help us keep our advertising budget in line.
When someone tells us that we were referred to them by a friend, neighbor, family member, coworker, etc., we make sure that we get the name of the person who referred us. Once we have the “referred by” name, we will fill out a Referral Rewards Certificate and mail it to you. When you receive the certificate, simply follow the directions to receive your rewards.
“So where’s the catch?” Ok, you got us, there is a catch. We hope you will tell everyone about us but we can only issue rewards for those new referrals for whom we actually perform some plumbing repair/replacement. The ticket amount does not matter but we have actually done some work for them. Other than that, start sending those referrals our way and we’ll start sending your rewards your way!
Remember, you get a choice of service or cash, whichever you prefer. Just let us know. We want to make you happy, happy.
